Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of WA (RAC WA) in West Perth is seeking a Customer Contact Centre Consultant to be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members daily, delivering personalised support and guidance. You will navigate multiple systems confidently while building rapport and offering tailored solutions.

This full-time role includes comprehensive training, shift options across days, evenings and weekends, and opportunities for career growth within a trusted WA brand.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy and ability to confidently navigate multiple systems while engaging with members.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with KPIs and sales targets.
• Clear, confident communication skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities
