Citrus Group in Sydney is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join a busy, supportive team on a full-time permanent basis. You will assist new and existing members, provide accurate information, and help customers navigate a range of enquiries and more complex situations.

Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided. This role offers hybrid working once fully trained and the opportunity to develop skills in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Private health insurance experience highly regarded but not essential.
• Banking or financial services experience also considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening, questioning and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
• Positive, professional and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilités

• Respond to member enquiries across phone, email and other channels.
• Provide accurate, professional and personalised service.
• Build strong relationships and hold quality conversations with members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records.
• Assist with more complex enquiries and conflict resolution.
• Develop a strong understanding of products, systems and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching and team activities.
