Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Member Experience Specialist in Melbourne to provide premium hospitality service to luxury club members by phone, text, and email. You will receive on-site training at the clubs and ongoing support from your Team Leader, working full-time in a busy, high-end environment.

The role requires a warm, confident communicator with 2+ years in luxury hospitality. You will interact with high-profile members, upholding an impeccable service standard, and contribute

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in client-facing luxury hospitality (hotel, concierge or private club).
• Warm, natural voice suitable for unscripted conversations with high-profile members.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Polished presentation, tone and manners.
• Right to work in Australia; willingness to undergo background and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised check-in calls with members.
• Reconnect with lapsing visitors and welcome renewals.
• Assist members with payments and account questions.
• Maintain club tone and log feedback for the club.

Look after the members of a private luxury wellness club

Our client is a leader in premium service. Its high-end members expect white glove care and a club that knows them by name. As a Member Experience Specialist with Acquire Intelligence you are the voice they hear when the club reaches out.

Your days are personalised check-in calls. You will reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed, welcome those approaching renewal and look after anyone who needs a hand with payments, always in the club’s tone. You will learn what matters to each member, and share feedback with the club.

What you bring

• At least two years in a client-facing luxury hospitality role, such as hotel guest services, concierge, front office, a private members club, premium retail or fine dining
• A warm, natural voice and the confidence to hold an unscripted conversation with high-profile members
