Job summary

Fitness First in Victoria seeks a proactive Member Support Consultant (MSC) to drive club sales and deliver exceptional member experiences. You will engage with prospective members, present tours, and convert inquiries into memberships while fostering loyalty among existing members.

You’ll be part of a high-energy team, earning a base salary with uncapped commissions, and enjoy member benefits and career progression within Fitness First Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a drive to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Make required number of lead contacts via phone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys and experiences.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Conduct regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results.
