Job summary

Fitness First Australia is seeking energetic Member Support Consultants (MSCs) to be the heartbeat of the club, driving sales and delivering outstanding member experiences. You’ll engage with the community, convert leads, and nurture existing members with personalised service.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire action.
• Problem-solving mindset that meets potential member needs.
• Goal-focused drive and willingness to excel.
• Team player who can rally and celebrate successes.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to build rapport across backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to inquiries and maintain engagement.
• Open and close the club as per roster and support member retention programs.
• Regular service calls to keep members engaged and promote club products.
