Job summary

Fitness First Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Member Support Consultant (MSC) to drive membership growth through proactive outreach and community engagement. You will introduce people to the club, demonstrate what Fitness First offers, and build lasting relationships with existing members to keep them motivated and engaged.

You’ll empower individuals to start or continue their fitness journeys, delivering exceptional service and turning conversations into confidence and action every day.

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Present sales opportunities through tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys with personalised interactions.
• Support member retention programs and inspire ongoing engagement.
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results.
