Fitness First, Australia, is seeking a Member Support Consultant (MSC) to welcome new and existing members, drive club sales, and deliver exceptional service that inspires people to start their fitness journey and stay engaged.

In this role you’ll proactively reach out to the community, present club benefits, lead tours, and nurture member relationships while supporting our sales goals and ensuring a positive member experience every day.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Ability to identify member needs and provide practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to inspire potential members.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach.
• Achieve required lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Address enquiries to achieve successful outcomes.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to boost results.
