Fitness First is seeking a Member Support Consultant (casual) in Doncaster, VIC. You will drive membership growth through proactive outreach, meet new people, and nurture existing members with exceptional service in a high-energy club environment.

This on-site role focuses on lead generation, sales presentations, and creating engaging member experiences, while supporting retention initiatives that help members achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Demonstrates problem-solving mindset to meet members' needs.
• Excellent communication skills to inspire action and connect with diverse members.
• Goal-oriented with continuous drive to excel.
• Team player who collaborates under pressure and celebrates success.
• Customer-focused approach to build rapport and help members achieve goals.

Responsabilités

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create engaging member journeys through positive, personalised interactions.
• Address enquiries with successful outcomes and timely follow-ups.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to keep members motivated.
• Make regular service calls to new and existing members to promote club products.
