Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centre, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Able to handle cancellations with a positive approach.
• Interest in health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for member enquiries by phone and email.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep members engaged.
• Process suspension requests and cancellation inquiries.
