Job summary

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation is seeking a Communications professional focused on Customer Engagement and Education to enhance how members access and understand education about their superannuation and financial future. You’ll craft compelling content and map the member journey across digital experiences.

You’ll translate complex financial concepts into clear language and collaborate with campaigns and strategic initiatives to connect education with the tools and support members need.

Qualifications

• You’re a strong writer and communicator, but you also think beyond the words on the page.
• You’re interested in how people move through information and digital experiences.
• Experience in communications, content, customer engagement or education is important; superannuation or financial services experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging education and member communications across digital and other channels.
• Develop webinar content, presentations and supporting education resources.
• Design communications journeys before and after education interactions.
• Improve the structure, categorisation, tagging and discoverability of webinar and education content.
• Connect education with relevant information, tools, calculators, digital experiences and member support.
• Use customer insights, feedback and engagement data to improve content and communications.
• Translate complex superannuation and financial concepts into language people can understand and use.
• Contribute your skills to wider member campaigns, communications and strategic initiatives.
