Job summary

CSC Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra is seeking a Communications – Member Engagement and Education professional to shape how members access education about super and financial future. You will create engaging education content across digital channels and design journeys that guide members from learning to action.

Qualifications

Experience in communications, content, customer engagement or education is important.
Understanding how people move through information and digital experiences.
Superannuation or financial services experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

Create engaging education and member communications across digital channels.
Develop webinar content, presentations and supporting education resources.
Design communications journeys before and after education interactions.
Improve the structure, categorisation, tagging and discoverability of webinar and education content.
Connect education with relevant information, tools, calculators, digital experiences and member support.
Use customer insights, feedback and engagement data to improve content and communications.
Translate complex superannuation and financial concepts into language people can understand and use.
Contribute your skills to wider member campaigns, communications and strategic initiatives.
