Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive mobility equipment into hospitals across Melbourne. The role blends new business development with expanding existing hospital accounts, engaging procurement teams and clinical staff to secure opportunities.

You’ll manage a flexible territory aligned to your location and work with a market‑leading healthcare supplier to grow revenue with hospitals and clinical professionals.

Qualifications

BDM/territory Manager/Account Manager experience in healthcare required.
Established relationships with Melbourne hospital networks preferred.
Experience selling medical devices, hospital products or consumables.
Understanding of hospital procurement processes and decision makers.

Responsibilities

Develop new business across public and private hospitals in Melbourne.
Manage and grow relationships with existing hospital accounts.
Build relationships with procurement teams, Nurse Unit Managers, and clinicians.
Present and train on products; lead quotations to orders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service levels.
Own territory; identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
