Yes Medical Group in Melbourne is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growth-focused team. You will drive client acquisition, manage prospects and leads, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and sales support to deliver tailored proposals.

You will own onboarding, nurture relationships, report weekly progress to the National Sales Manager, and help expand our presence in the Australian market through strategic partnerships and excellent customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting and Lead Management: Identify and research prospects, thoroughly understanding their needs and pain points.
• Engaging Clients: Conduct drop-ins, phone calls, and follow-ups to generate fresh business and present tailored proposals.
• Client Onboarding: Take full ownership of onboarding new clients by coordinating internal teams for smooth delivery and timely communication.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients, spotting upselling opportunities.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and client updates to the National Sales Manager.
