Responsibilities

• Prospecting and lead management: Identify and research prospects, understand their needs and pain points, and manage leads in the CRM.
• Engaging clients: Conduct drop-ins, calls, and follow-ups to generate new business with tailored proposals.
• Client onboarding: Coordinate internal teams to onboard new clients with smooth delivery and clear communication.
• Account management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore upsell opportunities.
• Reporting and analysis: Provide weekly sales progress reports and analyze data to improve performance.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, supply chain and sales support to align strategy and customer experience.
• Budget management: Manage allocated expense budget to maximize contribution.
