SecurITon Technologies is seeking a Field Operations Engineer to join our Melbourne team. This full-time, on-site role delivers hands-on IT infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance directly at client sites.

You will diagnose hardware, software and network issues, respond to service requests, and document work while coordinating with internal teams. A driver’s license and the ability to work in an on-call rotation are essential.

Formación

• Field operations experience including on-site installation, maintenance and support of IT systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network issues.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, AZ-900, AB-900, SC-900 or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple service requests.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, documentation standards and ITSM practices.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure and maintain IT infrastructure at client locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Respond to service requests and perform routine system checks.
• Document work performed and coordinate with internal teams for escalation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as part of the team.
