The role requires strong technical aptitude, clear communication, and the ability to travel to client sites across Melbourne, with a rotating roster and opportunities to learn across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical support roles.
• Strong computer and technical skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Confident troubleshooting of hardware, software and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites across Melbourne to diagnose issues.
• Provide technical support via phone, email and digital platforms.
• Install and configure equipment at client locations and perform maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for installations and requirements.
• Maintain equipment and monitor systems remotely when required.
