Job summary

Verve Group, including Captify, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive new business and revenue growth in Melbourne. You’ll join a dynamic sales team and collaborate with trading desks, agencies and brands to expand across the Aussie market.

You’ll use your 3+ years in Ad Tech/Programmatic to pitch opportunities, manage accounts, and forecast pipeline while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in Ad Tech / Programmatic landscape.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams.
• Highly motivated with a track record of outperforming revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, enterprise solutions, online media buying and advertising technologies.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, pitching and closing programmatic revenue opportunities.
• Grow Revenue from existing and new accounts.
• Own commercial reporting & navigate strategic requirements for your client group.
• Own agency patch and manage all levels of seniority across the patch with sales leads' support.
• Lead advertiser and agency development plans for accounts in your patch.
• Forecast revenue accurately for month and quarter ahead.
• Update Salesforce regularly to maintain an accurate revenue view.
• Respond to agency briefs with strategic and innovative solutions.
• Provide insights on what key brands are looking for from partners and market intel.
• Remain up to date on industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Studio, Insights and Traders to grow accounts.
