Job summary

Captify is seeking a Melbourne-based Sales Manager to drive new business and account development in the Australian market, reporting into Verve for Advertisers. You will pitch, close opportunities and grow revenue from both new and existing accounts, collaborating across trading desks and internal teams.

With 3+ years in digital advertising and programmatic sales, you will own revenue plans, manage agency relationships, and forecast consistently while delivering excellent client service and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in ad tech/programmatic
• Experience building relationships with AU agencies
• Strong pitching, negotiation and closing skills
• Proven ability to forecast revenue and manage budgets
• Collaborative mindset across trading desks, account managers and insights teams

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch and close programmatic revenue opportunities
• Grow revenue from existing and new accounts
• Own commercial reporting and strategic requirements for your client group
• Lead agency patch and manage seniority levels across accounts
• Lead advertiser and agency development plans for accounts in your patch
• Forecast revenue accurately for month and quarter ahead
• Update Salesforce to reflect expected revenue
• Respond to agency briefs with strategic, innovative solutions
• Provide market intel and feedback to the business
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Studio, Insights and Traders to grow accounts
