BD is seeking a Territory Manager - Biopsy & Urology Critical Care to cover South Australia and the Northern Territory, partnering with clinicians, nurses and hospital stakeholders to drive adoption of BD's biopsy and urology portfolio.

You will build clinical credibility, deliver product demonstrations and education, and manage a robust pipeline while travelling across SA and NT to grow the business. Prior healthcare or medical device sales experience is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Confidence engaging healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with genuine desire to grow your career.
• Identify opportunities and convert them into results.
• Strong planning, organisation and territory management.
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to travel across SA & NT.
• Experience in medical devices/hospital sales is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption of BD's Biopsy and Urology Critical Care portfolio across SA & NT.
• Build relationships with clinicians, nurses, radiology teams, procurement stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education and in-service training.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to sales objectives.
• Support tenders, evaluations and contracts opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM activity.
