Job summary

Stryker in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Territory Manager on a 12-month contract to join our Orthopaedic Instruments team. You’ll learn from experienced Territory Managers, build sales and commercial capability, and gain the experience to progress in MedTech sales.

You’ll work across our capital equipment, consumables and power tools portfolio across Melbourne CBD and Western Victoria, developing relationships, supporting trials and helping win new business.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ambitious and ready to build your career.
• Confident building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commercially curious and proactive.
• Strong interpersonal skills across hospital networks.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across hospitals and healthcare networks in Melbourne CBD & Western Victoria.
• Identify new opportunities and support product trials.
• Work with clinical teams and senior decision-makers.
• Support capital opportunities and grow consumable sales.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to win new business and open doors.
• Develop the skills to progress into a Territory Manager role.
