Job summary

Stryker Group in Melbourne is seeking an Associate Territory Manager – Foot & Ankle to join a high-performing MedTech sales team. You will work across the Foot & Ankle portfolio and support surgeons and hospital staff in dynamic operating theatres.

This role provides hands-on exposure to orthopaedic surgery, with opportunities to develop clinical and commercial skills in a global MedTech leader. Training and mentoring are offered to accelerate your growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales or allied health experience and a strong interest in medical device sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to achieve targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• A willingness to learn clinical concepts and operate confidently within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers.
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Travel across Melbourne and surrounding territories as required.
