Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an Associate Territory Manager – Foot & Ankle to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This field-based role involves traveling across Melbourne and surrounding territories (approx. 30%).

You will drive sales for the Foot & Ankle portfolio, build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, and provide in-theatre clinical support. You will deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers, while supporting inventory and pursuing new business

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or allied health experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to meet targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
• High motivation, resilience and accountability.
• Willingness to learn clinical concepts in a healthcare environment.

Work Flexibility: Field-based. Travel across Melbourne and surrounding territories as required. Travel Percentage: 30%.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers.
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships.

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales or allied health experience and a strong interest in medical device sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to achieve targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Willingness to learn clinical concepts and operate confidently within a healthcare environment.

Preferred

• Knowledge of anatomy, orthopaedics, biomechanics, or surgical environments.
• Experience working with clinicians, healthcare professionals, or hospital customers.
