Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for a 12‑month contract to learn from experienced Territory Managers and grow in MedTech sales. You will operate across capital equipment, consumables and power tools, building relationships and supporting product trials within Melbourne CBD and Western Victoria.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across hospitals, healthcare networks and commercial opportunities, with a clear path toward a Territory Manager role in a dynamic orthopaedic portfolio.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience.
• Ambition to build a career in MedTech sales.
• Confident building relationships and asking great questions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships across hospitals and healthcare networks across Melbourne CBD & Western Victoria
• Identify new opportunities and support product trials
• Work with clinical teams to senior decision-makers
• Support capital opportunities and grow consumable sales
• Work alongside experienced Territory Managers to open doors and win business
• Develop the skills to step into a Territory Manager role
