• Proven track record in product launches, clinical support or field operations.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, marketing and operations.
• Willingness to be present in the operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end launch of ARVIS LM R and early launch phases, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional readiness across sites, teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee training of surgeons, OR teams and internal stakeholders; support initial cases.
• Monitor deployment, utilization and performance; drive continuous improvement.
