Job summary

Qscan Group is seeking an accomplished General Manager, Medical Services to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead the strategy, performance and effectiveness of our doctor workforce across the Group. You will translate strategic priorities into practical workforce solutions, bringing together commercial insight, workforce planning, operational execution and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical workforce functions or complex doctor workforce arrangements.
• Strong commercial and financial capability, including workforce cost management, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of doctor remuneration models, including RVUs and their implications.
• Experience in medical imaging, radiology or similar healthcare environment is valued.
• A tertiary qualification in a clinical healthcare discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s doctor workforce strategy aligned with growth and service demand.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, rostering and internal overflow across multi-site network.
• Drive commercial performance through remuneration analysis, forecasting and productivity improvement.
• Translate workforce and financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with doctors and executives to balance needs with commercial objectives.
• Partner with CMO and senior leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and operational performance.
• Lead a high-performing team with strong governance and continuous improvement.
