Job summary

The Clinical Services General Manager at MATSICHS will provide culturally informed leadership to deliver high‑quality clinical services across the Moreton Bay region, aligning with the organisation's strategic plan and community needs.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive workforce development, quality assurance and continuous improvement, and partner with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to close gaps in health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Current Criminal History Check.
• Current Working with Children’s Check (Qld Blue Card).
• Current Disability Workers Screening Check (prior to commencement).
• A qualification in Health Management, Public Health, Business Administration (MBA) or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally informed strategic leadership to deliver and transform high-quality Clinical Services.
• Lead the strategic transformation of Clinical Services across the MATSICHS region.
• Provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams delivering high‑quality Clinical Services.
• Drive workforce engagement, retention, and professional development while supporting service growth and sustainable expansion.
