Job summary

Qscan Radiology is seeking a General Manager, Medical Services to lead the doctor workforce strategy and oversee recruitment, remuneration and rostering across the group. You will translate strategic priorities into practical workforce solutions with data-driven decision making, driving performance and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical workforce functions or complex doctor workforce arrangements.
• Strong commercial and financial capability, including workforce cost management, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of doctor remuneration models, including RVUs, and their operational impact.
• Experience in medical imaging, radiology or similar healthcare environment is highly regarded.
• Ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s doctor workforce strategy aligned with growth and service demand.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, retention, rostering and internal overflow across multi-site network.
• Drive commercial performance through remuneration analysis, budgeting and productivity improvement.
• Lead evaluation and governance of doctor remuneration models and contractual arrangements.
• Translate workforce and financial data into actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with doctors and align workforce needs with commercial objectives.
• Partner with the CMO and senior leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and operational performance.
• Lead a high-performing team with governance and continuous improvement.
