• Strong commercial and financial capability, including workforce cost management and forecasting.
• Knowledge of doctor remuneration models and their operational/financial implications.
• Experience with doctor workforce supply and demand planning.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into practical recommendations.

• Lead the Group’s doctor workforce strategy aligned with growth and service demand.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, retention, rostering across a multi-site network.
• Drive commercial performance through cost management, remuneration analysis, forecasting and productivity.
• Govern governance of doctor remuneration models and contractual arrangements.
• Translate workforce and financial data into actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with doctors and align workforce needs with commercial objectives.
• Partner with CMO and senior leaders to improve workforce effectiveness and operational performance.
