Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience within aged care, home care or multi-site regulated services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead strategy, service development and change initiatives.
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Home Care strategy across the portfolio to drive client growth and referrals.
• Lead financial performance: revenue, funding utilisation, expenditure and margins.
• Oversee delivery of personalised Home Care services from intake to exit.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Act and quality standards; manage risk and audits.
• Develop leaders and teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and improvement.
