My Parklands Physio and its Sunshine Coast clinics are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. You will work across three clinics, greet patients, manage bookings and payments, and support therapists and staff with administration.

The role requires excellent customer service, reliable attendance and the ability to multitask in a busy environment, with Saturday morning shifts potentially on a fortnightly basis.

Qualifications

• Previous reception or administration experience is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Nookal practice management software would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional first impression.
• Managing appointments, bookings and practitioner schedules.
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties.

Join Our Friendly Physiotherapy Team!

My Parklands Physio, My Sippy Downs Physio and My Brightwater Physio are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team across our three Sunshine Coast clinics.

We’re a family-oriented physiotherapy practice that values providing great care to our patients and creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors. We’re looking for someone who shares that approach and enjoys being part of a team that helps people get back to doing what they love.

About the Role

This position offers approximately two to three days per week, with flexibility around the successful applicant's availability and our clinic needs. Saturday morning availability is also required, potentially on a fortnightly basis.

There may be opportunities for additional shifts when covering team members who are sick or on leave.

We are open to either part-time or casual employment for the right person.

Experience

• Previous reception or administration experience is preferred.

• Confidence with computers, appointment scheduling and general administration is beneficial.
