Formación

• Experience in medical reception is a big plus, but not essential.

• Answering telephone calls and enquiries
• Booking and managing patient appointments
• Processing consultation payments and Medicare rebates
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (pathology, referrals, imaging)
