You will be the first point of contact, delivering prompt, professional service to patients and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. We value excellent communication, organisation, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or general practice is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a busy reception and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and book appointments.
• Manage patient records and update information in the practice management system.
• Process payments and handle Medicare billing.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, referrals, and medical records.
• Support doctors, nurses, and other team members with administrative duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a welcoming reception environment.
