Fountain Gate Medical Centre Narre Warren VIC is seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our established general practice. You will greet and register patients, manage calls, book appointments and handle Medicare claims in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend and evening availability is essential, with flexibility to cover shifts across our opening hours. The role supports a calm, confidential reception and collaborative teamwork with our health professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, assist and register new patients.
• Handle telephone enquiries and book appointments.
• Process payments and Medicare claims.
• Respond to emergencies and assist patients in distress.
• Maintain patient confidentiality across information.
• Follow policies, report needed changes, keep reception tidy.
• Follow up on results and correspondence.
• Assist with accounts and general admin.
• Maintain professional rapport with patients and health professionals.
• Perform other duties as requested by doctors or managers.
• Ensure reception area is neat and well maintained.
