Qualifications

• GP Medical Receptionist experience is favourable.
• Shifts Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays preferred; Saturday shifts possible.
• Best Practice experience is advantageous.
• Greet patients professionally and update patient information accurately in the clinic system.
• Manage appointments and coordinate with medical staff for consultations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and connect patients with the care team.
• Answer questions confidently and ensure patients feel heard.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Process payments, health insurance claims, and billing inquiries.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and stocked with supplies.
• Support nursing team through teamwork and effective communication.
