Qualifikationen

• GP Medical Receptionist experience is favourable.
• Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays preferred; shifts Monday–Saturday possible.
• Best Practice experience is advantageous.
• Greet patients in a professional, friendly manner and register/update patient details accurately.
• Efficient appointment bookings coordinating with the care team and handling payments/billing inquiries.

Aufgaben

• Register new patients and update existing patient information in the clinic system.
• Manage appointment bookings and coordinate with medical staff.
• Assist with payments, health insurance claims and billing inquiries.
• Keep the reception area clean, organised and stocked with supplies.
• Collaborate with the general practice nursing team to support care delivery.
