COSMEX is an established plastic surgery practice in Epping, NSW, offering full-time work Monday to Friday with no weekends and a potential 9 Day Fortnight. The Medical Receptionist/Patient Concierge role focuses on delivering a WOW patient experience.

You will warmly welcome patients, manage front desk and phone, schedule appointments, and support patients before and after consultations while liaising with surgeons, nurses and the clinical team.

About the Role

Our Patient Concierge / Reception Person, plays a central role in the day-to-day patient experience. You will welcome patients warmly and professionally, create a genuinely personal experience, and support patients before and after consultations. Our Patient Concierge makes people feel welcome and makes great things happen during their journey!

Our Hours: To be an eligible candidate, you must be available to work between the hours of 8.30am or 9.00am, and to work through until 5.00pm to 5.30pm, with occasional finishes at 6.00pm when required.

COSMEX is an established plastic surgery practice with an experienced and supportive team. We operate during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Training / Onboarding: Our 30 - 60 - 90- Day Onboarding Plan is designed to ensure your success.

Pay Rate: We pay above award rate of pay and our annual pay reviews mean you never have to ask for a pay rise again! We review your performance annually and reward you for your contributions.
