Job summary

Milsons Point Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly, values-driven team. You will be the first and last point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, check-ins, and gentle billing with Medicare and private payments.

We require at least 2 years in a medical receptionist role, familiarity with Best Practice and HotDoc preferred, and strong communication. The role includes Thursdays with flexible other days to suit you in a supportive general

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a medical receptionist.
• Knowledge of Best Practice and HotDoc preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service as the first and last point of contact.
• Manage reception operations to ensure smooth practice functioning.
• Work with GPs and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
