Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to welcome patients, manage arrivals and coordinate appointments across imaging modalities in Campbelltown. You will support billing processes with Medicare, DVA and private clients, and handle enquiries to help maintain smooth clinic flow.

Ideal candidates bring reception or customer service experience, a calm professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception or customer service.
• Medical or radiology experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Warm, calm and professional manner, especially with anxious or unwell patients.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and efficiency
• Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalities
• Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing accurately
• Handling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrers
