Lumus Imaging in Beenleigh, QLD is hiring a Permanent Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. The role requires travel to other clinics to provide coverage when needed, with an 8am to 5pm schedule from Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates will bring previous medical reception and admin experience and will be comfortable handling patient interactions both in person and over the phone, while navigating our scheduling systems.

• Ability to navigate medical imaging scheduling systems
• Rostered across Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

About the role

The Lumus Imaging teamare hiring for aPermanent Full-TimeMedical Receptionistto join their team.This role is based in Beenleigh and will require travel to other clinics, including Meadowbrook, Brown Plains, Victoria Point and Jimboomba to provide coverage when required.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous medical reception and admin and experience.

As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone as well as being able to navigate various technology and systems.

Our clinic hours are8am - 5pmand the successful candidate will be rostered acrossMon – Fri.

Experience in a medical environment would be highly advantageous.
