Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking a casual receptionist in Horsham to welcome patients, handle calls and manage front desk duties. You will coordinate radiology bookings, maintain patient records and support billing tasks as part of a friendly, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting patients and handling incoming calls.
• Accurate data entry and efficient appointment bookings.
• Clear communication with staff, doctors and patients.
• Ability to handle billing tasks and basic admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the front desk and assist with inquiries.
• Manage radiology exam bookings and scheduling.
• Perform general clerical duties and maintain patient records.
• Maintain courteous communication with referrals and medical staff.
• Assist with billing tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds.

The Lumus imaging team are on a look out for a casual receptionist to join the team in Horsham.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk, and handling incoming telephone calls.
• Managing radiology exam bookings.
• Performing general clerical duties.
• Efficiently managing patient records with exceptional data entry skills.
• Maintaining courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
• Handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
