What you’ll be doing

You’ll play an important role in keeping our practice running beautifully, including:

• Welcoming patients with a warm and friendly approach
• Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries
• Answering phones and emails
• Processing payments and Medicare/private health billing
• Maintaining accurate patient information
• Liaising with doctors, nurses and the wider team
• Helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
• Providing the kind of patient experience that makes people want to come back
