Job summary

Gastromedicine & Endoscopy on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. This full-time role (38 hours, Mon-Fri between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM) is primarily based in Mornington with some work at Rosebud rooms.

You will greet patients, handle phone enquiries, book appointments, manage billing using medical software, daily banking, and general office tasks. Full training provided to support your learning and development.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills.
• Full training will be provided.
• Hours: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, based at Mornington with flexibility to work at Rosebud.

Gastromedicine & Endoscopy is a leading provider of Gastroenterology care on the Mornington Peninsula. Our specialist gastroenterologists treat a wide range of conditions, including Crohn's Disease, Coeliac Disease, Bowel Cancer, Lactose and Fructose malabsorption syndromes, IBS, Iron deficiency, and diseases of the pancreas, liver, and upper and lower GI tract.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills and a keen willingness to learn.

This is a full-time (38 hours), permanent position, Monday to Friday, with hours between 7:00AM and 6:00 PM. While primarily based at our Mornington center, flexibility to work at our Rosebud rooms is also required.
