Melbourne Holistic Doctors is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our warm, collaborative team on a part-time or casual basis, 2 days per week. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

You will handle phones, emails, bookings, billing, Medicare claims and patient records while supporting our practitioners to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist (essential).
• Fast learner who picks up new systems and processes quickly.
• Able to multitask and stay calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a warm and caring manner.
• Professional, reliable and a genuine team player.
