Job summary

Yamanto Family Practice in Ipswich is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, organized reception experience.

You will handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, patient registration, and basic admin while collaborating with doctors and nursing staff. Familiarity with Best Practice and Medicare workflows is a plus, with ongoing learning in a fast-paced clinic.

• Previous experience in a GP clinic.
• Understanding of Medicare and DVA and WorkCover billing procedures

About the Role
