Lumus Imaging is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our Beenleigh team. The role involves welcoming patients, handling bookings for MRI and exams, and supporting clinicians across multiple clinics including Meadowbrook, Brown Plains, Victoria Point and Jimboomba.

Ideal candidates will have medical reception and admin experience; prior work in a medical environment is highly advantageous.

About the role

The Lumus Imaging team are hiring for a Permanent Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join their team. This role is based in Beenleigh and will require travel to other clinics, including Meadowbrook, Brown Plains, Victoria Point and Jimboomba to provide coverage when required.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous medical reception and admin and experience.

As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone as well as being able to navigate various technology and systems.

Our clinic hours are 8am - 5pm and the successful candidate will be rostered across Mon - Fri.

Experience in a medical environment would be highly advantageous.
