Job summary

Lumus Imaging across Kawana and Caloundra clinics is hiring a Medical Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for patients and practitioners, handling bookings, referrals and enquiries.

This full-time role (38 hours per week) involves data entry, Medicare processing, billing, and supporting daily operations. Travel between sites is required; six weeks of training provided; a friendly, patient‑focused team welcomes you.

About the role

Lumus Imaging are hiring for a Medical Receptionist to join their team. This role will be based across our Kawana and Caloundra clinics and will require travel between all three sites to provide coverage when required. This is a full time, permanent role (38 hours per week), and will participate in shift work between the hours of 6am - 9pm. Medical reception/admin experience preferred but not essential.

As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone as well as being able to navigate various technology and systems.
