Sweeping Corporation of America's Lumus Imaging team in Jimboomba seeks a Permanent Full Time Medical Receptionist to provide welcoming patient services across clinics, including Meadowbrook, Brown Plains, Victoria Point and Beenleigh. You will manage bookings, handle inquiries and support imaging workflows.

Ideal applicants have medical reception or admin experience and are comfortable with multiple systems. Hours are 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, with travel to clinics as required.

• Experience in medical reception or admin is preferred.
• Patient-facing role and ability to work across multiple clinics.

About the role

The Lumus Imaging teamare hiring for a Permanent Full TimeMedical Receptionist to join their team.This role is based in Jimboomba and will require travel to other clinics, including Meadowbrook, Brown Plains, Victoria Point and Beenleigh to provide coverage when required.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous medical reception and admin and experience.

As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practitioners. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone as well as being able to navigate various technology and systems.

Our clinic hours are8am - 5pmand the successful candidate will be rostered acrossMon - Fri.

Experience in a medical environment would be highly advantageous.
