Lumus Imaging in Keperra is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our busy clinic. The role involves front-desk reception, scheduling, and general administrative tasks across a North Brisbane network.

Training and onboarding are provided, with a welcoming team culture and opportunities to develop healthcare administration skills. Hours are 8:00am–5:10pm, Monday to Friday, with potential shifts across our network.

About the role

The Lumus Imaging team in Keperra are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join their friendly, supportive and well-established team. This role is available on a permanent full-time basis; however, we also welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time or casual opportunities.

Working hours are between 8:00am and 5:10pm, Monday to Friday, with the successful candidate primarily based at our Keperra clinic and the opportunity to work shifts across our North Brisbane network if desired.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play an essential role in the patient experience, acting as the first point of contact for patients, referrers and practitioners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing reception and administrative support, managing appointments and enquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable learning new systems and technology.
