Job summary

Green Point Medical Centre is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team at Green Point Medical Centre and GP Family Medical, located side by side in Green Point NSW. The role focuses on warm patient interactions, front-desk duties, appointment scheduling and basic administration.

We value people with a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. Training will be provided, with four weekday shifts from 8am to 6pm and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work as a team.
• Organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Previous administration / reception experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is advantageous.
• Experience with Best Practice software is a plus, but not essential.
• A can-do attitude with flexibility in working hours is required.
• Shifts are four days per week, starting 8am and finishing by 6pm.

We are located Green Point, our practice is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team to work at Green Point Medical Centre and GP Family Medical which are located next to each other .

Position Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Organisational skills, the able to multi-task and prioritise tasks
• Previous administration / reception experience
• Detail oriented
• Experience in Best Practice software is an advantage but not essential
• Experience with Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel
• Passion for excellence
• Previous Medical Reception experience is an advantage but not essential, however a can-do attitude and flexibilitywith working hours is required. Training will be provided and ongoing support.
• Shifts available for 4 days per week must be able to start at 8am and also available to finish at 6pm, Flexibility is required in order to cover other staff members leave.
