Job summary

StarMedX in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly, professional Medical Receptionist to join our practice. You will be the welcoming face for patients, supporting high-quality care and assisting throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling with the Clinical Team, handling queries by phone and email, and maintaining confidential patient records. Prior experience in a medical reception role and Best Practice software is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of reception experience, medical preferred.
• Best Practice experience is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities and prioritisation of workflow.

Responsibilities
